The Sloe Royal

The Sloe Royal

Hi, I’m Neil from GinPunch.com and in this series of videos we’ll be showing you how to make the simplest cocktails with the simplest equipment, absolutely anywhere. So for this cocktail we’re going to be using the Foxdenton Estates sloe gin. This sloe gin is quite pale but quite strong and quite dry so it’s perfect for the Sloe Royale. (If you have a sweeter tooth you can use a sweeter sloe gin) Pay attention, this is quite complex. Pour a measure (1/4 glass) of sloe gin into a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco, Champagne or another sparkling wine. And that’s all there is to it!
